Doing Business With FDA
COVID-19 Safety Requirements for FDA Contractors and Visitors
Contractors and/or visitors are required to have a completed Certification of Vaccination form when entering a federal facility. If a contractor or visitor is not fully vaccinated, they must have in their possession documentation of a negative COVID-19 test result from an FDA approved or authorized test within the last 72 hours to show the FDA. If a contractor or visitor does not complete the form or is not in compliance with the building entry requirements referenced above, they will be denied access to the facility.
Foreword
The Office of Acquisition & Grants Services (OAGS) is the single organization within the FDA that holds the authority for awarding contracts, grants and interagency agreements. OAGS also provides credit cards to personnel in the FDA to order some goods and services. All invoices for FDA awards are paid by the Division of Payment Services (DPS). Additional information on their services can be found here. The philosophy of OAGS is to stimulate competition among potential awardees/recipients and to award contracts and grants on a competitive basis to the fullest degree consistent with quality, efficiency, and economy. It is our further philosophy that we provide opportunities for small and disadvantaged organizations and businesses to the greatest degree possible. We shall seek out, motivate, and provide guidance to disadvantaged and small business organizations.
Our website has been designed to provide helpful information to assist individuals and firms - - small business or otherwise - - as well as institutions, both for profit and non-profit in doing business with the Food and Drug Administration. This website is directed to individuals and concerns that previously have done little or no business with the Federal Government.
We are providing useful links to FDA’s Internet regarding the mission and programs of FDA, which will help acquaint potential contractors and/or grant recipients with the opportunities for grants and contracts in the fields of research, development, testing, evaluation, demonstration, training and services. We are also providing useful links outside of the Agency that are relevant to those wishing to conduct business with the Federal Government.
