Paper Registration for the Voluntary Cosmetic Registration Program (VCRP)
FDA has developed an online registration system, intended to make it easier to participate in the Voluntary Cosmetic Registration Program (VCRP). You may still use paper forms. However, we strongly encourage you to participate in VCRP online, to avoid delays that may occur in processing of VCRP paper forms.
