University of Kentucky HealthCare - Interoperability and Cost Savings Achieved

Description
UK HealthCare is now able to implement a new enterprise interoperability system all while keeping the same viewers, PACS, EHR, and other technologies in place. Forcare’s interoperability platform empowered the existing EHR with the functionality they needed. Without Forcare’s involvement, there would have been a necessary replacement of existing technologies that would have taken years to fully implement. Instead, the interoperability goals were achieved at a fraction of what it would have cost for the alternative situation.
