CIEL COVID-19 Terminology Starter Set

Description
The Columbia International eHealth Laboratory (CIEL) has been producing terminology for OpenMRS since 2006. Distributed through SQL files and now via the Open Concept Lab API, CIEL has been posting COVID-19 enhanced files since January 2020. The COVID-19 starter set is a list of interface terminology mapped to standard codes (ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNORM, etc.) covering diagnoses, comorbidities, lab testing, treatments and observations necessary for screening, treatment, monitoring and reporting to the CDC, WHO, etc. New concepts have been added to support research and the bridge between clinical systems and research databases.
