Project Results
At the demand of our customer base; we were told in late 2016 that we needed to adopt workflows that allowed for referrals via Direct. or we would no longer receive referrals. We created bi directional workflows which allowed us to both send and receive referrals. The "senders" (referrers) were actually a really easy design and implementation process. The hardest implementation came when we started sending referrals via Direct to IPA offices in both the Bay and the Valley. As a result this created quicker turn around times, smoother referral turn around times and more efficient workflows.
