A EMR Message Broker Telehealth Solution

Description 
Proof of Concept (POC) for an enterprise solution of Webex powered telehealth visits from within Epic and other EMR, provider and patient apps.  Patients can meet with their clinicians via a WebRTC based video call launched directly from their Epic or other EMR without the need to download any Cisco Webex software.  The goal of this POC is to keep the patient that do not need to come to the hospital, on schedule for the appointment or obtain necessary medical advise/treatment.
