July 11, 2022 – Updated COBA Companion Guides are Now Available

Updated National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) COBA Companion Guides are now available in the Downloads section of the HIPAA 5010 COB Claims page. Please refer to Chapter 1 for a summary of changes in the guides.

June 6, 2022 – Updated COBA Implementation User Guide is Now Available

The COBA Implementation User Guide version 7.2 is now available in the Downloads section of the Coordination of Benefits Agreement page. Please refer to Chapter 1 for a summary of changes in this version of the guide.

April 7, 2022 – Updated COBA Trading Partners Customer Service Contact List Now Available

The updated COBA Trading Partners Customer Service Contact list has been added to the Download section of the Coordination of Benefits Agreement page.
