This file contains select claim level data and is derived from 2021 claims for renal dialysis center services furnished on or after January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. The file contains claims with dates of service January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 that were received, processed, and passed to the National Claims History file by February 18, 2022. This file includes 3,281,025 claims for services furnished by renal dialysis centers that were paid under the ESRD PPS. This is a flat file available on DVD. The record length is 23,470 and blocksize is 32,760.
