FDA Proposes Two Tobacco Product Standards
FDA is proposing product standards to prohibit menthol as a characterizing flavor in cigarettes and prohibit all characterizing flavors (other than tobacco) in cigars.

Listening Sessions: FDA’s Recently Proposed Tobacco Product Standards
On June 13 and 15, FDA will hold virtual listening sessions to give the public an opportunity to provide open public comment on the proposed product standards.

FDA Authorizes Reduced Exposure Claim for IQOS 3
This action permits the IQOS 3 System Holder & Charger to be marketed with the same claim as was authorized for a previous version of the device.
