  • Read and understand a federal job announcement; 
  • Craft a robust resume/CV that highlights education, strengths, experience and accomplishments;

  • Explore alternate HHS and FDA career paths and special hiring programs for students and recent graduates, veterans, military spouses, national service volunteers and applicants with disabilities in scientific and administrative careers; 
  • Engage with CDER Offices and Subject-Matter-Experts to learn more about specific careers within its organization and current hiring needs;
