Nutrition Labeling Information for Restaurants & Retail Establishments

Nutrition Information for Raw Fruits, Vegetables, and Fish
These posters show nutrition information for the 20 most frequently consumed raw fruits, vegetables, and fish in the United States. Retail stores are welcome to download the posters, print, display and/or distribute them to consumers in close proximity to the relevant foods in the stores. FDA also encourages consumers to view the posters.

Menu and Vending Machines Labeling Requirements
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has finalized two rules requiring that calorie information be listed on menus and menu boards in chain restaurants and similar retail food establishments and vending machines.

Compliance Date for Food Labeling Regulations
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced today that January 1, 2020 will be the uniform compliance date for food labeling regulations that are issued in calendar years 2017 and 2018. This action does not change existing requirements for compliance dates contained in final rules published before January 1, 2017.
