L’Tonya Davis is Director of the Office of Communications and Project Management in the FDA Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA). Ms. Davis leads ORA’s strategic communications, web and digital media, public affairs, project management, and executive secretariat activities. She is also ORA’s official champion for diversity and inclusion.

Ms. Davis held multiple senior-level positions within the FDA, including executive officer for the Office of the Commissioner and special assistant to the Associate Commissioner for Management/Chief Financial Officer. In 2009, she was selected for the Senior Executive Service.

Ms. Davis holds a Master of Public Management and a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Maryland, College Park. She completed the Leadership for a Democratic Society program at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Federal Executive Institute, the Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management program at Georgetown University, and the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) diversity and inclusion training.
