OGDP Planning and Evaluation Team
Within OGDP, the Planning and Evaluation Team (PET) leads and supports strategic planning and performance measurement efforts across OGPS. PET strengthens OGPS’ capacity to systematically plan, track and measure program results, ensure alignment with agency priorities, and effectively demonstrate change and impact over time using data and analytics.
- Leads strategic planning,
priority-setting, and metrics
development and
implementation for FDA
international programs and
the overseas ofices, ensuring
alignment with FDA priorities
and resource allocations.
- Serves as the OGPS resource
for quantitative and
qualitative research and
analysis on emerging issues. - Supports the communicatons
team in reporting and
engagement activities.
- Engages with OGPS offices
and FDA centers on planning,
monitoring and evaluation
activities in support of OGPS
goals.
