The 2015 FDA Science Forum
The 2015 FDA Science Forum was held on May 27-28 on FDA's White Oak campus to highlight the cutting-edge science conducted at the Agency and demonstrate how FDA's scientific research informs our regulatory decision-making. The focus of this year's Forum was Emerging Technologies within FDA's eight Regulatory Science priority areas.

Highlights
This year, FDA's Science Forum included over 30 presentations and panel discussions from scientific experts from across the country on such headline topics as:
- E-cigarette use among young adults
- DNA barcoding to detect seafood fraud
- Screening for counterfeit pharmaceutical products
- Individualized therapy and patient care
The FDA Science Forum also provided an opportunity to develop collaborations with FDA and external stakeholders.
