Diverse Women in Clinical Trials Campaign Partners
We have made progress in women’s participation in clinical trials. To continue this momentum, the FDA Office of Women’s Health launched the Diverse Women in Clinical Trials Initiative in January 2016 to raise awareness about clinical trial participation by women of all ages, ethnicities and gender identities, as well as those with various chronic health conditions and disabilities. The initiative also works to share best practices about clinical research design, recruitment, and subpopulation analyses.
