FDA provides many educational opportunities such as: 

•    Learning Portal for Students, Academia and Industry
•    The FDA Grand Rounds
•    The FDA Science Forum

FDA sponsors mentored Internship and Fellowship programs that offer hands-on experience to learn about FDA’s regulatory review and research activities.  Additionally, every year FDA sponsors a number of students who compete research projects that are presented in August at the Annual Summer Student Scientific Poster Day. 

FDA also participates in the White House Office of Science and Technology’s STEM Education Initiatives like the development of the report Best Practices for Diversity and Inclusion in STEM Education and Research: A Guide for Federal Agencies.
