| 20× SSC | 15.0 ml |
| 50× Denhardt's solution | 5.0 ml |
| 0.5 M EDTA | 0.1 ml |
| Distilled water | 28.9 ml |
For hybridization with 10× Denhardt's, add 10 ml 50× Denhardt's, and decrease water volume to 23.9 ml.
