COVID-19 Safety Requirements for FDA Visitors and Contractors

When the COVID-19 Community Level is Medium or High in a county where an FDA facility is located, visitors and contractors are required to have a completed Certification of Vaccination form before entering the federal facility. Visitors and contractors who are not fully vaccinated, unvaccinated, or who decline to disclose their vaccination status must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test result from an FDA approved or authorized test within the last 72 hours. If a visitor or contractor is not in compliance with these building entry safety protocols, they will be denied access to the facility.
