OTED uses two Learning Management Systems (LMS) for its training programs: the ComplianceWire LMS and the ORA LearnED Training System.

Pathlore was the original OTED LMS for delivering Classroom based training, but has been replaced with ORA LearnED as of September 19, 2022.  ComplianceWire has historically been the LMS used for most of the online learning pre-requisites for the classroom training. Now both LMS systems will contain online content and prerequisites. ORA LearnED uses Single Sign-On, but a separate username and Password is required for ComplianceWire.

If you already have log on information, you can access the courses using the links below:

If you do not have log on information:

  • For ORA LearnED, all ORA employees automatically have an account, and you can log in using Single Sign-on by clicking on the ‘FDA: PIV Card Login’ button.

  • For ComplianceWire, personnel in ORA Program Areas should contact your Program Training Officer (PTO).

  • Center personnel can self-register for either system:

    • For ComplianceWire, go to https://www.compliancewire.com/

    • For ORA LearnED, go to the ORA LearnED Training System and click on the 'Request an ORA Training Account' button. You will then be able to select whether you are a State, Local, Tribal, Territorial Regulator, a Non-ORA FDA Center employee, or a Government, non-FDA employee. You can Request a training account by clicking the settings gear icon at the top right and click "Register". Fill out the information, click Submit, and the request will be submitted to the ORA LearnED Administrators. You will receive an email back with an Approval or Denied status for your request.
