As of August 1, 2023, National Public Health Centre (NNK) and the National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition (NIPN) merged, establishing a new authority, the National Centre for Public Health and Pharmacy (NCPHP).  NIPN has ceased to exist following the merger.  The professional set up did not change and NCPHP is the successor organization with all of the functions and responsibilities of NIPN transferred to NCPHP.  With respect to the confidentiality commitment signed in 2017, NCPHP confirms it is bound by the commitments made by NIPN to protect FDA-provided non-public information in the 2017 confidentiality commitment and will continue to protect any non-public information previously shared.
