CDRH 
FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health uses the social media site Twitter to enhance its communication and outreach program. CDRH's main goal for Twitter is to reach regulated industry, health professionals, and others interested in the business of the center in a way convenient to them. Messages on Twitter will include recalls, approvals, other safety information, notices of upcoming meetings, releases of new and updated guidances documents, new web postings, and highlights of the web site and the many tools available to help users comply with regulations and understand and respond to health issues.

Twitter Polls
Twitter has created a 'poll' feature that allows users to choose the answer to a questions and see how others 'voted'. CDRH plans to periodically ask questions about medical device topics to communicate educational information.
