Seth Pazinski serves as the director of the Office of Planning, Evaluation, and Analysis for the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology.

Prior to this, Mr. Pazinski led ONC’s Division for Planning and Operations from 2009 to 2014. In this capacity, he was responsible for developing the Federal Health Information Technology Strategic Plan, facilitating ONC’s implementation planning activities, and managing ONC’s two federal advisory committees – the HIT Policy Committee and the HIT Standards Committee.

From 2007 to 2009, he served as the special assistant to the national coordinator, focusing on a wide range of project management and communications responsibilities. Before joining ONC, he was a project manager for the Quality Improvement Organization program at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Mr. Pazinski earned a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, and advertising from Temple University and a Master's degree in public relations and corporate communications at Georgetown University.
