Creating a data repository with bi-directional feeds to facilitate Molecular Data Tumor Board and point of care decision support.  The Link system combines genomic data (bam, vcf, and summary pdf), Clinical Trials (API), Oncology Pathways (FHIR), with EMR data (ETL), in order to contextualize the patient’s treatment.
