Description
As part of our Advance HIT experience coming from the ONC certifications, this project focuses on improving and expanding the use of Data to improve the Quality of Care and streamline the process of information sharing. Inclination of the ecosystem towards Value Based Care has led to new solutions to improve the Health of a Population by analyzing past data. We have been working on this project to make sure the population across states are getting the quality of services that they expect.
