Georgia Tech: Planet Health – Predictive Model for Mortality

Description 
PlanetHealth offers a healthcare system to utilize electronic health records of patients for analytic.  PlanetHealth’s algorithm is to provide clinical environment to detect high risk health complications.  Thus the system can be used to monitor with the intention to improve the patient conditions.
