Da Vinci Risk Based Contract Member Identification

Description 
This FHIR based Implementation Guide was developed by the Da Vinci Project in coordination with the HL7 Financial Management Workgroup. The goal of this guide is to enable Payers and Providers to exchange information that identifies members of a patient population associated with a particular risk-based contract.
