Video Nudges for Covid19 Self-Care MotiSpark

Description 
MotiSpark is currently working with providers to define and distribute essential information and mental health support for patients and their families coping with Covid19 through SMS-based video nudges in English and Spanish. The short-format videos are accessible on any mobile device and provide easy-to-understand instructions that help answer basic self-care questions to pre-empt unnecessary calls to providers.  The platform also invites patients to set-up personalized coping plans through a delightful, motivational experience that has shown success in helping Chronic Care Management patients in multiple states. In addition, providers can upload one set of video greeting that can be dynamically inserted into nudges that go to all of their patients.
