CuragoHealth.com - COVID-19 SMS/Text Screening Tool w/ Integration to EHR

Description 
CuragoHealth is currently developing a COVID-19 SMS/Text Screening tool that can be used to identify COVID-19 risk for patients. The use case is for those practices that want to screen their patients for COVID-19 and then assist with scheduling a virtual visit with their provider on our Telehealth platform or others. The screening tool is embedded into the patient's chart and/or appears as a document within the EHR. Additionally, practices can run a report detailing patients that are at medium or high risk for COVID-19.

Additional desired use case: Mass texting of patients via HIEs to determine COVID-19 risk for a specific population. However, we are told there are too many legal barriers at this time in order to proceed.
