Remote Patient Monitoring and Patient Engagement Solution from Strategic Interests to Keep Patients Safe at Home

Description 
Rapidly deployed platform to enable providers and public health departments to alleviate the strain on hospitals by monitoring Covid positive and suspected coronavirus patients, and symptomatic healthcare workers at home.  Each population has a monitoring plan and dashboard to stratify patients based on risk with alerts and ability to initiate video call.  Patient outreach via Smartphone includes daily surveys, temperature, and video calls.
