Gravity Project SDOH and COVID-19 Data Standardization

Description 
As part of the Gravity Project Housing domain work, we are currently mapping HUD Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) data to clinical activities to allow seamless data transfer. The COVID-19 crises brought a level of urgency to both this work and the work of our previous data domain, food insecurity, and we have been working hard to consider how we can leverage our knowledge to help.
Part of our work is curating all conceptually aligned screening tools and intervention activities so we have a lot on hand to address current needs.
