Redwood City, CA - DIRECT Messaging - Dignity Health

Description 
The DIRECT Messaging project is/will support transitions of care and allow for standard content (C-CDA) to be sent to a receiving destination utilizing DIRECT messaging.  The process of sending has been automated and matched to a local provider directory for distribution.
