Description 
This project is an on-going effort to sign-up providers and enable ADT Alerts for Admissions, Discharges or Emergency Room visits to be sent via a variety of modalities; either directly in their EHR, via email (notice, no PHI) or as a text to their mobile device (notice, no PHI).
