  • Understand and gain confidence regarding their baby’s needs and development
  • Create a safe home for baby to grow and thrive
  • Build a strong support network
  • Set and achieve family goals
  • Get referrals and resources to community support services such as DSHS, WIC, and healthcare providers

Once enrolled, you’re in the driver’s seat! You and your nurse will work together to decide on topics of interest and personal goals. You’ll decide when and where you’d like to meet. General guidance is to meet every two weeks. You also get to decide who participates—you can include your partner, mom, or best friend.

If you or someone you know is interested in signing up or learning more about NFP, please complete the NFP referral form or call 509.324.1621 for assistance with completion. One of our team members will reach out to you to set up a time to meet.
