Spokane Regional Health District is asking for a Request for Proposals from a consultant services to facilitate the creation of a strategic plan. The strategic plan will focus on the entire health department and are seeking a consultant who can demonstrate a strong overall understanding of local public health district structures with mission-driven activities, have strong facilitation skills and have proven experience with local public health district strategic planning.
