The Small Works Roster (SWR) is a listing of State of Washington licensed contractors who have applied for and been placed on the roster.

Small Works Roster Registration

The Spokane Regional Health District maintains a Small Public Works Roster, Consultant Roster and Vendor Roster in the MRSC Rosters online database. Businesses interested in working with SRHD on projects using a roster contracting process must register for FREE at www.mrscrosters.org/ and select the Spokane Regional Health District in your application. If you are already a member of MRSC Rosters, simply select The Spokane Regional Health District in your account.

Small Works Roster

The Spokane Regional Health District's (SRHD) Small Works Roster is used to expedite the solicitation of quotes or bids, and award of contracts for small public works projects up to $300,000.00 in value. RCW 39.04.155

The Small Works Roster provides a pool of registered contractors for various small construction projects. When the need to have a small public work performed is identified, SRHD will solicit quotes/bids from qualified contractors registered in the MRSC Small Works Roster. These projects are not required to be advertised.

Consultant Roster

SRHD uses the MRSC Consultant Roster to request Statements of Qualifications from licensed architects, landscape architects, engineers including environmental, hydrological and geotechnical, and other professional classifications who are interested in working with the SRHD. RCW 39.80

Vendor Roster

Registration in SRHD’s MRSC Rosters Vendor Roster is currently not mandatory to do business with SRHD. Departments are encouraged to use the Vendor Roster as a "yellow pages" of available vendors to supply the products or services they need. For this reason, registration is highly encouraged.
